Our rehabilitation service is rapidly growing!
Inpatient Rehabilitation
Due to the constant increase in demand for our inpatient rehabilitation beds we have recently increased them by nearly 50%. This ensures that we are able to accept patients sooner, ensuring they are able to commence their individually tailored rehabilitation program in a timely manner.
As a result we have employed more nursing and allied health staff to ensure that we continue to provide a high standard of rehabilitation and maintain best practice.
Our dedicated multi-disciplinary rehabilitation team is available to support you through your rehabilitation program ensuring that you will achieve your best possible outcome.
The rehabilitation physicians all have areas of specific interest and are always available for your referrals or consultation.

Day Rehabilitation
The day rehabilitation program has also recently increased its capacity. This service requires patients to come into the hospital for a half day session. This rehabilitation session may involve physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, Gym rehabilitation plus morning / afternoon tea! In most cases the cost is fully covered by the health fund.
