PRIVATE (Fractured Hip) #NOF SERVICE

A streamlined service offered to all patients that present to ANY EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT/HOSPITAL CLINIC with a confirmed fractured neck of femur (#NOF).

To access this efficient system of referral, all the treating Doctor needs to do is ensure their patient has a confirmed #NOF and ring 1300 663 967 with patient details.

Their call will be transferred to one of Adelaide’s leading Orthopaedic Surgeons who will accept and arrange admission to either Ashford, Flinders Private or The Memorial Hospital, depending on bed availability and theatre scheduling.

This service is accessible to all privately insured and DVA patients (self funded patients will be given a quote and are required to pay the full cost on admission).  This service is also available to all metropolitan and country patients.

The MemorialHospital and Griffith RehabilitationHospital also provide a specific #NOF rehabilitation program, if your patient wishes to continue with rehabilitation within the ACHA hospitals.  This will be arranged by the               rehabilitation co-ordinator.

For further information regarding the Private #NOF Service please contact 1300 663 967 and ask for information or email info@nofservice.com.au.
